We will discuss options with you when you apply.
*CVS, Walgreens, Costco, Walmart, and other similar pharmacies do not allow payment to be called in over the phone. If you receieve your pet's medication from one of these pharmacies, we can call in payment to your vet for the funding period.
Approval and length of assistance may vary depending on the medication, number of medications requested, and available funding. Our goal is to help pet owners on a temporary basis, for a minimum of 30 days, a maximum of 90 days - this is not a guarantee. Assistance is granted ONE-TIME per household. Amount of assistance granted will be discussed at the time of approval. When you apply, please include all pets in need of assistance. You will not be able to apply again.
When your application has been approved, you will receive details about how much medication we are able to assist with. If any medication is over the maximum amount, we will only be able to provide subsidization of costs. Additionally, at any time, we may be at capacity for funding and unable to provide assistance.
